To drum up buzz for Snickers’ NFL Sponsorship, we created a series of ridiculous sports publications hungry fans might mistake for real. Ads were placed upside down on the back covers of magazines so they appeared to be actual pubs. The final ad ran unbranded with a subscription card inside. Anyone who sent in the card received free product.
Also, we did it all with almost no money. Like, if our budget had been a person, it would qualify for food stamps. Twice.
